Are they related? Or share any similar concepts?
At first glance it looks like Move to Facebook's Libra, like Go is the language geth is written in. Ie used for the blockchain layer and not tokens.
Although a closer comparison might be Rust for Sigma Prime's ETH2 client, when seeing Move has "first-class resources".
